Caleb Dorsett

Caleb Dorsett has extensive experience in technical support and system administration. Currently serving as a Linux System Administrator and Service Desk Tier 2 at GAMA-1 Technologies since September 2019, Caleb previously worked as an Advanced Repair Agent at Geek Squad from April 2013 to September 2019, where responsibilities included setting up, upgrading, and repairing PCs and Macs, as well as diagnosing hardware and software issues. Earlier roles include Customer Support Agent at Stream Global Services, focusing on Xbox customer accounts, and Business Data Support at Alorica, providing Tier 2 technical support for AT&T. Caleb's education includes attendance at Iowa State University from 2007 to 2008.
