Samaa Hamama

Samaa Hamama joined Gama as Human Resources and Communications Director in August 2018, bringing more than 20 years of experience at local construction companies.

At Gama, she directs the strategic organizational development, including employer branding, salary structuring, and talent acquisition. In addition, Hamama is responsible for the company’s external and internal branding, communications, and public relations activities.

As part of those responsibilities, she directs outreach campaigns to target markets and plays an important role in disseminating internal information throughout the company.

Hamama holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Cairo University and received her MBA in 2007. She also completed a diploma from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) in Manchester in 2017.
