Cate Brancart

Cate Brancart is an experienced professional in the aviation industry, currently serving as the Director of European Safety & Sustainability Development at the General Aviation Manufacturers Association since November 2018, following previous roles in European operations and safety. In addition, Brancart is a co-founder and board member of AviAll, a platform advocating for diversity and inclusion within the European aviation sector. Brancart has also held positions in marketing, communication, and journalism with various organizations, including Aérodrome de Saint-Ghislain and Belgian Flight School. Academically, Brancart holds a Master's degree in International Journalism from City, University of London and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from IHECS, complemented by studies at Université libre de Bruxelles and Roane State Community College.
