Marina Gibbs is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in policy development and advisory roles. Since 2007, Marina has served as Policy Director at Ofcom and currently holds the position of Trustee at GambleAware since November 2021. Prior roles include Board Member at the Legal Services Board from April 2014 to March 2021, and various positions at Spectrum Strategy from December 1997 to September 2007, culminating as Partner. Earlier career experience includes being a Principal Consultant at PA Consulting, a Business Planning Specialist at Mercury Communications, and a Product Manager at BT. Marina holds an MBA from the University of Bradford and an MA in Applied Modern Languages from Université Stendhal Grenoble 3.

GambleAware is an independent, grant-making charity commissioning prevention and treatment services across England, Scotland and Wales to keep people safe from gambling harms.
