Rachel Haileab (Assoc CIPD)

Rachel Haileab is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development with extensive experience in human resources. Currently, Rachel serves in the People Services department at the Gambling Commission since November 2021. Prior to this role, Rachel held various positions at Deutsche Bank from October 2018 to November 2021, including HR Business Advisor and HR Operations Analyst. Rachel also worked at EY as an HR Advisor/Generalist from September 2016 to October 2018 and was a Group HR Officer at Nasstar plc from August 2011 to September 2016. Rachel obtained a CIPD Certificate in Human Resources Management/Personnel from Telford College in 2014.
