Grant Lussier

Grant Lussier has had an extensive career in executive search and networking. Grant is currently the Executive Chairman and Co-founder of Networked, a position they have held since 2019. Prior to that, they were the Co-Founder and Chairman of Game Change Agency LLC, a premier networking platform for senior executives, from 2015 to the present.

Before their time at Game Change Agency, Grant was the Managing Partner at Celera Search from 1999 to 2015. Grant was also the Managing Director at Spencer Stuart, where they helped establish the fastest-growing retained executive search firm in Latin America, from 1996 to 1999.

Grant's career in executive search began at Heidrick & Struggles, where they were a Partner responsible for opening the company's first office in Latin America from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Arthur D Little, focusing on cross-border capabilities and new business development strategies during the NAFTA era.
