Christoph Birkholz

Christoph Birkholz is an experienced leader and entrepreneur actively involved in promoting ethical AI, impact investing, and innovative partnerships across multiple sectors in Switzerland. As Co-Initiator at Swiss {ai} Weeks since January 2025, Christoph is dedicated to fostering a collaborative movement for open AI. As President of the Board and Co-Founder of Impact Hub Zürich since November 2009, and also as President of the Board and Co-Founder of Kickstart Innovation since March 2016, Christoph has been instrumental in accelerating deep tech partnerships. Additional roles include Board Member positions at Panter AG and Panter Consulting Company Ltd., Vice-President of the Board at Alternative Bank Schweiz, and Co-Founder at Inyova Impact Investing, where mainstreaming impact investing for retail clients is a key focus. Christoph's educational background includes a PhD in Impact Investing from the University of St.Gallen and executive education in Organizational Leadership from INSEAD.
