Tatsuya Akagi

Tatsuya Akagi is an accomplished technical artist and rigging specialist currently serving as Rig Team Leader and Technical Artist at 株式会社ゲームフリーク (GAME FREAK inc.) since September 2023. With extensive experience in animation and gaming, Tatsuya held various senior roles at Marza Animation Planet Inc. from June 2010 to August 2023, including Production Director and Rigging Supervisor on notable projects such as "Samurai Frog Golf" and "Lupin the Third: The First." Tatsuya has contributed to industry discussions as a presenter at prestigious conferences, including CG World and SIGGRAPH, and previously worked with Sega and Toei Animation in roles focused on character rigging and technical direction. Tatsuya graduated from Nihon University in 2002.
