Rachel Rodriguez

Rachel Rodriguez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Most recently, they worked at Game Plan as a Senior Customer Success Manager starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Student-Athlete Development/Life Skills at East Carolina University from August 2021 to February 2022.

From September 2018 to August 2021, Rachel worked as a Student-Athlete Affairs Program Coordinator at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. Rachel gained experience in diversity and inclusion as a Big Ten Diversity Intern at Penn State University from August 2017 to June 2018.

Rachel also has experience in athletics media relations, having served as an Athletics Media Relations Coordinator at Florida Atlantic University from September 2016 to August 2017. Rachel previously worked as an Athletics Media Relations Assistant at Florida Atlantic University from January 2014 to August 2015, where they were responsible for media liaison, content creation, website maintenance, and event operations.

Rachel has also gained experience in the sports and entertainment industry, with roles as a Game Day Staff member and a Corporate Partnerships & Activation Intern at the Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium in 2014.

Rachel's early career includes a role as a Production Coordinator at Zimmerman Advertising from October 2012 to December 2013, and as a Management Trainee to Assistant Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from September 2010 to August 2012. Overall, their experience showcases their versatility and expertise in customer success, student development, diversity and inclusion, athletics media relations, and sports and entertainment industry.

Rachel Rodriguez received their Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration in Sport Management from Florida Atlantic University, completing their studies there from 2014 to 2015.
