Ted White has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of collegiate athletics. Ted is currently serving as the Vice President of Collegiate Partnerships at Game Plan since March 2022. Prior to this role, they founded and served as the CEO of Fair Ball Foundation starting from November 2021.
Before transitioning to these leadership roles, Ted held deputy athletic director positions at both the University of Virginia from August 2018 to November 2021, and the University of Georgia from May 2006 to August 2018. Ted'sresponsibilities included overseeing various aspects of athletic administration.
Ted also gained valuable experience working in academic support services for student-athletes. Ted served as the Director of Academic Support Services for Student-Athletes at Louisiana State University from June 2002 to May 2006. Before that, they held a similar position as the Director of Academic Support for Student-Athletes at UC Berkeley from June 1997 to June 2002. In addition, they worked as an Academic/Eligibility Coordinator at UC Davis from June 1994 to June 1997.
Overall, Ted White has demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing collegiate athletics and supporting student-athletes throughout their career.
Ted White received their Associate of Arts degree from Central Arizona College between 1987 and 1989. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communication at UC San Diego from 1989 to 1992. Finally, they completed a Master's degree in Sport Management at the University of Richmond from 1992 to 1994.
