Max Doblin

Max Doblin has a diverse work experience in the fields of strategy, creative, and marketing. Max started their career as a Marketing Intern at Brownstein Group in 2013 and then worked as a Copywriting Intern at Digitas Health in 2014. Max later joined Virgin Mega as a Brand Ambassador from October 2014 to February 2015.

In 2015, Max co-founded Hypeist, where they served as the CEO and was responsible for leading the ideation, campaign creation, and activations for clients such as Mitchell & Ness and The Hundreds. Max also held a multi-disciplinary role, serving as the new business lead and creative director.

Max then transitioned to Game Seven Agency in December 2016 as a Creative Strategist. Max developed insights, strategies, and creative concepts for high-profile clients like Nike, Jordan Brand, and Foot Locker. Max also played a key role in developing new creative processes and approaches while working directly with leadership and cross-functional teams.

In August 2021, Max was promoted to Director of Strategy and Operations, where they led brand, campaign, and experiential strategy and storytelling on key projects. Max also implemented and managed agency-wide processes and tools and worked closely with the Leadership Team on agency operations, new business, and key initiatives. Additionally, Max led the acquisition integration between Game Seven and Excel Sports Management.

In January 2023, Max assumed the role of Director of Strategy at Game Seven Agency, where they continue to oversee strategists and project teams across multiple projects, driving efficiency and collaboration-driven KPIs.
