Shannon Greenwood

Shannon Greenwood has over 20 years of work experience, with their most recent position being the VP of Games Engineering at Game Taco since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Engineering, Games at Game Taco from September 2021 to July 2022. Shannon was also the Director of Engineering at Ascendant Studios from September 2018 to September 2021. Shannon served as the Studio Tech Lead at FunPlus from October 2015 to July 2018 and as a Principal Software Engineer at Zynga from July 2014 to October 2015. Before that, Shannon held the position of Tech Director at Free Range Games from August 2010 to June 2014. Shannon also worked as a Software Engineer at Vicarious Visions in 2010, Sr. Software Engineer at Shaba Games from November 2004 to October 2009, and Engineering Coop at National Instruments from 1999 to 2000.

Shannon Greenwood's education history begins in 1996 at Texas A&M University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering with a focus on the Computer Science track. Shannon completed their undergraduate education in 2001. Subsequently, Shannon enrolled in Texas A&M University to pursue a Master of Science degree in Visualization Sciences from 2001 to 2004.
