Emilia Pérez Serrano has a diverse work history, starting in 2013 as an Urbanism intern at Utiel City Hall and Sinarcas City Hall. Emilia then worked as a Tutor and cooperator at the Università degli Studi di Sassari - Facoltà di Archittetura di Alghero, collaborating on architecture workshops and landscape information management.

In 2016, Emilia worked briefly as an Architect at halm.kaschnig.würer architekten before transitioning to SEO Solutions as a Community Manager. In this role, they managed the social media accounts of over 100 companies and wrote blog content for nearly 50 companies.

From 2017 to 2020, they worked as an Architect at GmasP, Engineering & Architecture, focusing on architectural projects. Emilia then joined Axial Structural Solutions, initially as a Structural Engineer in the Studio & Project Department AxialTracker. Emilia later became the Tracker Studios Manager, responsible for overseeing studio operations.

Most recently, in 2023, Emilia joined GameChange Solar as an Engineering Project Manager, where they are currently employed.

Emilia Pérez Serrano has a Master's Degree in Concrete Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Their field of study during this program was Structures. Emilia then pursued an MBA + Master in Project Management from the ENEB - Escuela de Negocios Europea de Barcelona from 2018 to 2020. It is not specified what field of study they focused on during this program.

Prior to their master's degree, Emilia earned a Licenciatura in Architecture from the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) from 2009 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Emilia has obtained several certifications. In June 2020, they received a certification in Vector Graphic Design with Adobe Illustrator from FOREM PV. In October 2017, they obtained a certification in Internationalization in Doctorate: Construction Engineering (Prof. Garlock) from the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV). In August 2016, they earned a First Certificate in English (FCE) from Cambridge University Press. Lastly, in June 2015, they obtained a Certificate of Honor Code for an Excel EDX course from edX.
