Varun Singh

Varun Singh has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Varun is currently working at GameChange Solar as the Senior Manager of Global Sourcing. In this role, Varun is responsible for driving the global sourcing strategy, conducting spend analysis, and developing long-term supplier contracts. Varun also handles new vendor development and manages negotiations and order closures. Prior to this, Varun worked at Mahindra Susten as an Assistant Manager and Senior Procurement Engineer, where they were in charge of developing new vendors, implementing steel procurement strategies, and managing the procurement of raw materials from national and international markets. Varun also worked at Danieli India Ltd as a Design Engineer and at JP Steel Plantech Co., Ltd. as an Executive Design Engineer. Varun started their career at LUK India Private Limited as a GET, where they performed kaizen activities, handled tool verification, and reduced setup time and losses during production.

Varun Singh obtained a Bachelor's degree in B.E from Visvesvaraya Technological University during the period of 2010 to 2014. In addition, they received several certifications including a Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Mahindra Susten in November 2020, a Program diploma in Strategic Management from the International Business Management Institute (IBMI) in June 2020, and certifications in Successful Negotiation, Lean Six Sigma Foundations, Six Sigma Foundations, and Supply Chain Foundations from various institutions in May and June 2020.
