Sara Decker

Sara Decker is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in global sourcing, supply chain management, and raw material development. Currently serving as Global Sourcing Manager at Vera Bradley since February 2007, Sara leads the sourcing of raw materials and products while focusing on high-quality and low-cost outcomes through effective vendor management and negotiation strategies. Previously, Sara held positions as Senior Buyer and Purchasing Planner at Vera Bradley, along with a Purchasing Coordinator role at Hupp Aerospace Defense and a Supply Chain Co-op position at General Electric. Sara holds an MBA from the Indiana Institute of Technology and a B.B.A. from Purdue University Fort Wayne.
