From 2016, Anders was appointed as the Chief Technology Officer of The Monocular, where they currently work. Anders holds the responsibility for the company's technological requirements.

In 2018, Anders joined GameScorekeeper as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2019, they assumed the role of Chief Technology Officer.
