Joanna Więcek

Joanna Więcek has worked in Human Resources for over 9 years. Joanna began their career in 2011 as an Administrative Assistant at GISPartner Sp. z o.o. Joanna then moved to Volvo Group in 2012 and worked there as a Recruitment Senior Administrator and Recruitment Administrator for 3 years. In 2015, they joined GameDesire Company as an HR Manager and Scrum Master. In 2018, they began working at Luxoft as an HR Business Partner and at Gamesture as a Senior HR & Recruitment Specialist and HR Manager.

Joanna Więcek has an extensive educational background. From 2005 to 2010, they attended Katolicki Uniwersytet Lubelski Jana Pawła II, where they earned a Master of Arts in Business Administration and Management, General. Joanna also attended Katolicki Uniwersytet Lubelski Jana Pawła II from 2007 to 2010, studying Clinical Psychology. In 2010, they attended the University of Wroclaw, where they earned a Master of Arts in Psychology. From 2013 to 2014, they attended Dolnośląskie Centrum Psychoterapii for postgraduate studies in Law Psychology. In addition, they obtained certifications from Wroclaw University of Economics for Assessment Center/ Development Center in October of 2014, Powers of a court expert in psychology in June of 2013, and Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org.
