Charlène Renier

Charlène RENIER is an accomplished management consultant and entrepreneur with extensive experience in innovation and business strategy. As the principal manager of CRE Projects & Consulting since December 2017, Charlène has worked with large institutional groups in Belgium and internationally, leveraging a multisectoral background and a network of independent experts. Current roles include senior advisor at Alinea Partners and senior associate at The Performance Factory Brussels, where focus areas include enhancing customer experiences and organizational performance. Additional significant positions involve founding SOYEZ VILENE, serving as a business strategy advisor at Garage Opel Renier & Fils S.A., and previously leading innovation initiatives at VOO and NETHYS. Charlène holds a Master's degree in Management Sciences from HEC Liège, along with various certifications in coaching and leadership.
