Kristin Nimsger Weston

Kristin is an Operating Partner at ThomaBravo and currently serves as interim Chief Executive Officer of Talend. Kristin brings more than 20 years of experience driving outsized growth in software and technology companies. Kristin was President of Kroll Ontrack, where she ran the legal tech business from start-up to more than $200M in seven years. She also served as CEO of MicroEdge, the leading provider of grants management software solutions, and Social Solutions Global, a cloud software provider for social service organizations.
