Staff Application Engineer, Reactive Flow Systems at Gamma Technologies

Deivanayagam Hariharan began their work experience as a Research Assistant at Stony Brook University in May 2015. During their time there, they worked on projects related to fuel combustion strategies and additive testing to improve efficiency in diesel combustion. Deivanayagam held this position until December 2019. In February 2020, Hariharan joined The University of Alabama as a Post Doctoral Research Associate at the Alabama Transportation Institute. Deivanayagam'sresearch projects focused on high-efficiency natural gas dual-fuel combustion strategies, propane utilization in transportation and power generation, and other related topics. Deivanayagam concluded their work at The University of Alabama in September 2022. Currently, Hariharan is employed as a Senior Engineer at Gamma Technologies, starting in September 2022.

Deivanayagam Hariharan began their education in 2010 at Anna University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Deivanayagam successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2014. Afterward, from 2015 to 2016, they attended Stony Brook University, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Deivanayagam'spursuit of higher education continued at Stony Brook University, from 2016 to 2019, where they ultimately earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
