Walter Egli

Walter Egli has had a diverse range of work experiences in various companies. In their most recent role, they serve as the Head of Center of Excellence for Electric Drives at Gamma Technologies, starting in December 2022. Prior to this, they were the Chief Executive Officer at ProFEMAG AG, starting in November 2022.

Before their executive roles, Walter worked as a Sales Engineer at Semafor Informatik & Energie AG from January 2020. Walter then became the Chief Technology Officer at eDrive Concept AG in August 2017.

Walter also has a background in executive positions, having served as the CEO of LongCo International GmbH from July 2018 to December 2019, and the CEO of Bikeboard AG from July 2014 to July 2017. Walter'searlier experiences include being a Project Manager at Bombardier Transportation from May 2012 to July 2014, and holding the roles of CEO at eDrive Concept AG from December 2011 to April 2012, CTO at Bikeboard International Inc from August 2009 to December 2011, and CEO at Bikeboard AG from April 2005 to July 2009.

Walter Egli completed their Master of Science degree in Electric Engineering at ETH Zürich from 1993 to 1998.
