José M. Fernández-Arroyo Yáñez

José M. Fernández-Arroyo Yáñez serves as General Counsel at Gamma since October 2017, overseeing all legal matters and advising senior management on a variety of issues including corporate governance, M&A, and compliance. Prior to Gamma, José held several legal roles at Tata Communications from September 2008 to October 2017, culminating as Head of Legal Commercial for Europe and Africa, while also being a key member of the Global Legal Management team. Early legal experience includes positions at IDT Telecom as Legal Counsel for Europe and at Irwin Mitchell as a Solicitor. José's academic credentials include a Master of Laws in International Commercial Law from The University of Edinburgh, a Diplome in English Commercial Law from The University of Law, and an LLB from Universidad de Jaén.
