John Lim Ji Xiong

John Lim Ji Xiong serves as the Chief Digital Officer and Executive Director for Digital & Innovation at GAMUDA, where responsibilities include leading digital transformation initiatives for Gamuda Engineering and Gamuda Land. As the Head of Gamuda Excellence Transformation (GET), John drives a group-wide strategy focused on digital engineering governance and data excellence. With prior experience as a Senior Research and Development Engineer at MMC-Gamuda, John was instrumental in winning two international awards for the Autonomous Tunnel Boring Machine technology. John holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol and completed a brief program on Managing Innovation Strategically at the University of Cambridge.
