Dorota Zimnoch

Dorota (Dori) Zimnoch, PhD, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in innovation and digital strategy within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the WW Executive Director at Microsoft and a Member of the Supervisory Board at Santander Consumer Bank SA, Zimnoch has previously held prominent roles such as Global Head of Digital Strategy at Volvo Financial Services and Managing Director at ZING BUSINESS CONSULTING LTD. Zimnoch's leadership has driven significant digital transformations for various organizations, including MetLife and AIG, where key contributions resulted in successful marketing and branding initiatives. Zimnoch holds a PhD in Management from the University of Warsaw, and has completed advanced studies at Stanford University and SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
