Earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager/HRBP at SidePlate Systems, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed policy development and talent management, and as Medical Group Administrative Manager/HR at Anesthesia Business Consultants, supporting HR functions for a team of anesthesiologists.
