David Plains

David Plains is General Manager of Khotol Services Corporation (KSC) and has been with the company since December of 2017. David is responsible for the overall management of KSC's business development and daily operations.

Prior to joining Gana-A'Yoo as General Manger, David worked for another Alaska Native Corporation for 10 years as Project Manager. Prior to that, David has been working in the JOC, SABER, IDIQ and MATOC contracting realm since 1989. David received his Construction Management Degree from the University of Central Missouri in 1991. He started his construction career as an Engineering Intern, while going to college, at Whiteman Air Force Base during the B-2 Stealth Bomber Bed Down Mission.
