Timothy Gayles is the General Manager for Yukon Management, LLC and is responsible for strategy, business development, growth, structure, budget, financial outcomes and scorecard metrics for projects and contracts.

Timothy has been involved in operations and construction management of healthcare, federal & civil facilities and public works for over 25 years. Prior to joining Yukon Management, Timothy was instrumental in leading two prior 8(a)/SDVOSB firms to multiple Inc. Magazine 100 Fastest Growing Inner-City Business awards, as well as numerous regional SBA and MBDA Minority Small Business of the Year awards. He has extensive knowledge in the entire process of pursuing, bidding, acquiring and completing federal contracts ranging in size from $100K to over $10M. His federal arena experience extends to management of large and long-term MATOC’s and IDIQ’s, as well as joint ventures and mentor-protégé arrangements. Timothy is a graduate of Hampton University in Virginia where he earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing. He has completed the Tuck Executive Leadership Program at Dartmouth and has had the pleasure of participating in multiple CEO case studies at Harvard Business School.
