Paul Kuiken

Paul Kuiken has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Paul started their career as a Technical Support in the Technical Services Department at Fisons Pharmaceuticals in 1992. Paul then worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Officer at Scherer DDS Limited (RP Scherer) from 1995 to 1999.

In 1999, Paul joined Janssen, Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson and Johnson as a Senior Regulatory Project Manager. Paul held this role until 2004.

From 2004 to 2017, Paul worked at Genpact Pharmalink in various positions, including Regulatory Affairs Manager, General Manager of US Operations, Head of Product Development & Biotechnology, Associate Director, Director of UK Operations, and Vice President of Business Development. Paul was also recognized with the Global Business Leader Award in the Consumer Goods, Retail, and Life Sciences vertical at Genpact.

In 2017, Paul became the Director of Reward 360 Consulting Limited, where they stayed until 2021.

Paul then worked as the Vice President of the Advisory Practice at G&L Healthcare Advisors from 2021 to present.

Paul has also been deeply involved in the regulatory affairs profession as a Fellow at TOPRA - The Organisation for Professionals in Regulatory Affairs since 1999.

Overall, Paul Kuiken has demonstrated extensive expertise in regulatory affairs, commercial strategy, business development, and general management throughout their career.

Paul Kuiken obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Process Biotechnology from Teesside University in 1994. In 2023, they will complete an Executive MBA - Global degree in Business Administration and Management from Henley Business School. Paul is also certified as an Ambassador for Leadership Impact Festival by The Henley Centre for Leadership in 2023.
