Cem Oktem is a seasoned hotel and hospitality professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in the industry. Beginning as a Bar Waiter at Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus in 1999, Cem progressed through various roles, including Shift Lead at Princess International Hotels & Resorts, Lead Bartender/Wine Sommelier at Celebrity Cruises, and Hotel & Hospitality Specialist at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Since 2007, Cem has been with Gansevoort Hotel Group, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence in hospitality. Academically, Cem holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from Bilkent University and has foundational training from Bell Cambridge.
