Stephan Ploegman

Stephan Ploegman has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Stephan started their career in 2000 at Meggitt as a Project Manager until 2002. Stephan then joined FCS Control Systems as a Project Manager for Test Solutions from 2002 to 2005, before the company was acquired by Moog. At Moog, they continued working as a Project Manager for Test Solutions from 2005 to 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Project Manager for New Product Development before becoming a Program Manager for New Product Development from 2013 to 2014. Stephan then transitioned to the role of Solution Development Manager from 2014 to 2016. Currently, Stephan holds the position of Head of Business Development at Gantner Instruments since 2016.

Stephan Ploegman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Inholland University of Applied Sciences. Stephan also obtained additional certifications, including "Python voor Analisten" from Bit Academy and "Certified SAFe Agilist" from Scaled Agile, Inc.
