Brad Minns is an experienced recruitment and sales professional with a proven track record in various roles. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at Ganymede since April 2022, Brad previously worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Navartis, where the first placement was made two weeks into the role despite a lack of prior experience. Prior to that, a successful tenure at Direct Line Group included starting as a Sales Team Manager after consistently exceeding KPIs as a Call Centre sales representative, subsequently being promoted to Team Leader. Brad also gained early sales experience at Parseq as a Sales Consultant, achieving high performance in outbound sales. Education was completed at Serlby Park Academy from 2006 to 2011.
