Damian Ciesielski

Damian Ciesielski is an accomplished professional in the energy and utilities sectors, currently serving as the Energy Development Director at Ganymede since March 2025. Previously, from May 2019 to March 2025, Damian held the position of Head of Business Development at Tended, where a focus was placed on improving health and safety through intelligent wearable technology. Their career also includes a role as Business Development Manager at Ganymede Solutions, enhancing safety standards in the workforce within the energy sector from October 2015 to May 2019. Prior experience includes positions as a Business Development Consultant at Encore Energy and as a Sales Consultant at RIG Energy Ltd.
