Gillian Windsor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in brand operations and transformation within the retail sector. Currently serving as Head of Brand Operations and Transformation at Gap since June 2021, Gillian has also held roles as Head of Transformation and Chief of Staff to the Global Brand President & CEO. Prior to this, experience includes positions at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as Project Leader and Consultant from July 2018 to June 2021, as well as a Summer Consultant in 2017. Gillian's earlier tenure at Gap spanned from 2010 to 2016, where roles included Senior Merchandiser for Global Women's Knits and various merchandising positions for children's apparel. Gillian began the career as a Retail Management Trainee at Gap Inc. in 2009. Educationally, Gillian holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in International Relations, Economics, and Chinese from the University of Pennsylvania.
