Jason Hill

Jason Hill has extensive retail management experience, currently serving as General Manager for Gap since July 2020, following a role as Assistant Manager. In this position, Jason oversees a stockroom of 13,000 units and has successfully reduced shrink results from 3.43% to zero. Previously, at AM Retail Group from May 2018 to July 2020, Jason improved shrink by over 3%, increased store volume by more than 25%, and led the Wilsons Leather team to rank as the #3 top-performing store in the company for Q3 of 2019. Additionally, Jason worked as an Assistant Manager at GUESS?, Inc., where a 2% reduction in shrink was achieved. Jason holds an Associate's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Ivy Tech Community College, completed between 2016 and 2019.
