Nicole Deluca

Nicole DeLuca is an experienced merchandise planner, currently employed at Gap since February 2024. Prior to this role, Nicole served as an Associate Merchandise Planner at Urban Outfitters from May 2023 to February 2024 and held the position of Senior Allocator at Tory Burch from January 2020 to April 2023. Nicole's earlier experience includes a Global Allocator role at Urban Outfitters from June 2015 to January 2020, where responsibilities involved managing inventory for over 190 retail stores across the U.S., Canada, and Europe, particularly in the Beauty division. Nicole began the career as an Allocator and Associate Allocator, working with The Wireless Experience between June 2011 and June 2015. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Monmouth University.
