Robert Gagnon is the CEO of RG Consulting and has held the position of President since 2018. They served as Senior Vice President at Lands' End from 2020 to 2023 and currently hold the title of Vice President there since 2019. With extensive experience in retail, Robert has held various leadership roles, including VP of Merchandising for Gap Inc. and Divisional Merchandise Manager at Urban Outfitters.
