Charity started their career in 2000 as a Senior Business Lead at Nicole Miller Philadelphia, where they excelled in managing retail operations and expanding the client base. In 2003, they joined Gap International as a Consultant, working closely with global executives to achieve transformational growth across multiple industries. Charity later became the Director of Talent Acquisition at Gap International in 2014, where they developed strategies to support rapid growth and led a team of talent acquisition specialists.
Charity Brown earned a BA in Business Management from Immaculata University. Later, they pursued an MBA in Strategic Design at Philadelphia University from 2014 to 2016.
