Dan Mihaescu

Dan Mihaescu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology and venture capital sectors. Currently serving as a Founding Partner at GapMinder Venture Partners since December 2017, Dan also co-founded and leads the INSEAD Alumni Romania Start-up & Investment Club. Previous positions include Managing Partner at GapMinder Advisors, DX Lead and Technology & Development Director at Microsoft, and M&A and Business Development Director at UPC Romania. Dan's leadership experience encompasses roles as CEO at GTS Telecom and Country Manager at both KpnQwest Romania and GTS Romania. With a comprehensive educational background from INSEAD, Harvard Business School, and the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, Dan has consistently contributed to the development and growth of various organizations.
