Joseph Rick Paragili has had a varied career in customer service and support. Joseph Rick began their career in 2012 as an Invigilator at British Council. In 2014, they moved to VXI Global Solutions, LLC as a Technical Support Representative for AT&T Uverse and Comcast Central. In 2015, they were a Professional Healthcare Representative at Merck, covering Chinese General Hospital and Territorials in La Loma, Quezon City area. In 2016, they joined HQ Systems Corporation as a Customer Service Representative. In 2017, they worked at EnglishCentral, Inc. as a Customer Support Analyst, covering multi-faceted aspects of customer service that focused on product issues and client relations.
