Mary Solina

Mary Solina has over 13 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Mary began their career in 2006 as a Research and Training Associate at John Clements Consultants, Inc. In 2008, they moved to TeleTech as a Senior Agent Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sourcing). In 2009, they joined Acquire Asia Pacific as an HR Team Leader. In 2011, they were appointed as an Employee Relations Manager at GENPACT. In 2013, they became the Recruitment Marketing and Sourcing Lead at UnionBank of the Philippines. In 2014, they were appointed as a Recruiting Team Lead - Manila at Atlassian. In 2016, they moved to RingCentral as a Recruitment Manager - Sales. In 2017, they joined engageSPARK as a Recruitment Automation Consultant (Client Success Manager). In the same year, they also joined 51Talk as a Marketing Manager. Since 2019, they have been working as the Director of Operations at Gappify, Inc.

Mary Solina attended the University of the Philippines - Los Banos from 2000 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology.
