Krista Nykänen

Krista Nykänen has a diverse work experience. Krista started their career at Wolt as a Support Associate, where they facilitated food and item deliveries from various restaurants and stores. Krista then joined Jungle Juice Bar and took on multiple roles, including Juice Manager, Regional Manager, and Training Specialist. In these positions, they were responsible for daily operations, team management, training, and customer satisfaction. Krista then worked as a Research Consultant at Horton International Finland, providing research and recruitment services for senior leadership positions. Currently, they are employed at Gapps, where they have held various roles, including Consultant Trainee, Consultant & Project Manager, and currently, Service Lead for the monday.com business. In these roles, they have been involved in consulting, project management, service delivery, sales support, and solution design.

Krista Nykänen began their education at Liedon Lukio High School where they completed the Finnish Matriculation Examination from 2010 to 2013. Krista then enrolled at the University of Lapland, where they pursued a Bachelor of Administrative Sciences & Management in Leadership Psychology from 2020 to 2022. Krista continued their education at the University of Lapland to earn a Master of Social Sciences degree in Management from 2022 to 2024.
