Dianita Edwina Napitupulu is a professional with diverse experience in consulting, operations analysis, and research. Currently serving as a Jr. Consultant/Project Manager and Executive Search Junior Consultant at Daya Dimensi Indonesia since July 2021, Dianita contributes expertise in project management and executive search functions. Prior roles include Operations Analyst at Shopee, where responsibilities involved user engagement and customer satisfaction enhancement for Shopee PayLater, Research Assistant at KATADATA.coid supporting a project for the Indonesian Minister of Finance, and an internship at INTERPOL assisting with international crime correspondence.
