Rasika Nayanapriya

Rasika Nayanapriya currently serves as the Head of Infrastructure at Gapstars/Heart Internet since May 2024 and as a Visiting Lecturer at UTS College since March 2023. Previously, Rasika held the position of Senior Manager - Global Infrastructure Operations at Pearson Lanka from November 2019 to April 2024, focusing on managing a global infrastructure support team and setting strategic directions for services. With extensive experience, Rasika has also been a Visiting Lecturer at the Australian College of Business & Technology from January 2010 to December 2022, a Senior IT Infrastructure Manager at Colombo International Container Terminals Ltd from April 2013 to November 2019, and a manager at Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, overseeing various IT and communication systems roles from March 2004 to April 2013. Rasika began a career as a Systems Administrator at Methods Lanka (Pty) Ltd from April 2001 to March 2004. Educational achievements include a Master of Science (MSc) in Telecom Technology from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology.
