Cemal Onaran

Cemal Onaran is an experienced banking executive with a demonstrated history of leadership in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Executive Vice President for SME Banking at Garanti BBVA since January 2017, Cemal previously held the position of CEO at both Garanti Emeklilik from August 2012 to December 2016 and Garanti Mortgage from October 2007 to August 2012. Cemal Onaran holds a degree from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi (Middle East Technical University), completed between 1986 and 1990.
