Ozgur Ozkan has a diverse and extensive work experience. Ozgur began their career at Ottoman Bank in 1999 as an Internal Auditor, a position they held until 2001. Ozgur then joined Garanti BBVA, where they held various managerial roles in customer experience and performance systems management, service design management, and distribution channel planning. Currently, Ozgur is the Customer Experience and Relationship Model Management Director at Garanti BBVA.

Ozgur Ozkan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Ankara University, which was obtained from 1993 to 1998. Ozgur also completed multiple executive education programs in Personal Leadership and Success at Columbia Business School, starting in 2013.
