Anne-Lise Lebayle

Anne-Lise Lebayle has a diverse background in human resources and people management. Anne-Lise is currently the Head of People & Culture at Garantme, a PropTech company, a role they have held since 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Responsable RH at Hellio where they were responsible for recruitment, HR advice and support to managers and employees, certification of HR systems, disciplinary procedures, personnel management, remuneration harmonization, and training management. Before joining Hellio, Anne-Lise worked as a Chargée de Développement RH at the same company. Anne-Lise also gained experience as a Chargée de Recrutement at MCA Ingénierie, a Human Resources Development Officer at Boccard, and a Human Resources Assistant at Mapi Group. Additionally, they completed internships at Lynas Corporation Ltd as a Human Resources Advisor, at RH Triumvirat Conseil as a Career Management Assistant and Recruitment Consultant, and at Comité d'animation des Sapeurs Pompiers du Rhône as a Human Resources and Management Assistant.

Anne-Lise Lebayle pursued their education starting in 2010 with a Bachelor's Degree in BA Economics and Management (administrative management companies and corporations) from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III), which they completed in 2013. Following this, from 2013 to 2016, they attended IGS-RH, where they obtained their Cycle mastère professionnel 2 in Responsable en Management et Direction des Ressources Humaines.
