Garcia & Artigliere, Nursing Home Neglect & Abuse Lawyer

Garcia & Artigliere represents injured people and disenfranchised consumers in litigation involving elder abuse, nursing home abuse, wrongful death and trucking accidents. We have won over $3 billion in results and counting. Since 1993, our tireless representation of seniors and their families in high-stakes, complex elder abuse cases has resulted in multi-million-dollar verdicts and large-scale settlements that have served to bring at-fault parties to justice and improve the lives of victims and their loved ones. Founding Partner Stephen Garcia is a leader in the field of elder abuse litigation and has been named to nearly every significant list of noteworthy attorneys. Over the span of his career, he has acted as an advocate for senior citizens, helped shape elder abuse law, and has testified in front of legislators on nursing home abuse issues. He has served as a legislative analyst on behalf of elderly adults, as well as the caregivers that dependent senior citizens entrust their care to. As a nationwide law firm with offices in California, Kentucky, Florida, Louisiana and Arizona, we have the resources to fight for clients and their families across the United States.
