Sean Richter

Sean Richter is an experienced project manager currently working at Garco Construction, Inc. since July 2023. Previously, Sean held the position of project manager at T.W. Clark Construction LLC from April 2022 to July 2023, and worked in various roles including project manager, senior project engineer, and project engineer at Skanska from September 2015 to February 2022. Sean also served as a project manager for new construction at Criterion Brock from April 2011 to September 2015. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Washington State University, completed in 2009.
