Anne Glestad Lech

Anne Glestad Lech has extensive experience in the insurance industry, serving as a Member of the Board of Directors and Employee Representative at Gard AS since April 2002. Previously, Anne worked as a Senior Claims Adjuster and Lecturer at the Norwegian Insurance Academy from 1999 to 2004, specializing in marine claims and general average courses. Additional roles include Claims Handler & Adjuster and Member of the Board of Directors at Zurich Protector from 1995 to 2001, as well as experience in the Underwriting Department at Skuld from 1993 to 1995. Anne's educational background includes studies at the Norwegian Insurance Academy, the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), and the University of Bergen (UiB).
