Elizabeth Joseph is a seasoned professional in sustainability and environmental management with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Executive for Industry Impact & Liaison at Gard AS since August 2025, Elizabeth previously worked as a Senior Strategic Advisor for Sustainability, Human Capital & Smart Infrastructure at HyperNym and as a Consultant in Energy, Industrials & Sustainability at Egon Zehnder. Elizabeth's career includes significant positions at Shell, where roles ranged from Senior Environmental Engineer to Offshore HSE Risk Management Advisor. Additional experience includes a role as Y4S Future Sustainability Leader at Masdar and an earlier position with the Department for Planning and Infrastructure in Western Australia. Elizabeth holds an MBA from London Business School and dual degrees in Engineering and Arts from The University of Western Australia, complemented by a NEBOSH International Diploma in Health and Safety.
